Shipping Policy

Order Processing

We work hard to get your Tuttle Twins books and products shipped out as quickly as possible!

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During high-volume times such as new releases, promotions, or holidays, processing may take a little longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait!

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
Most U.S. orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and typically arrive within:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and your location.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories. Orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories may take a bit longer to arrive (sometimes up to a month).

International Shipping

We’re thrilled to ship Tuttle Twins books worldwide! 🌍
International shipping rates are passed directly to you at checkout — no added handling fees or markups.

Please note:

  • Delivery times vary greatly depending on your location and customs processing in your country.

  • Some international shipments may experience delays due to customs or carrier logistics beyond our control.

If you have questions about international delivery times or tracking updates, our support team is happy to help.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to update once it’s scanned by the carrier.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you didn’t receive it, please:

  1. Double-check your shipping address and look around your property (porches, mailrooms, neighbors, etc.).

  2. Wait 24–48 hours — sometimes carriers mark a package “delivered” a bit early.

  3. If you still haven’t received it, contact our team at info@tuttletwins.com and we’ll do our best to help you track it down.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the damaged items so we can assist.

Address Changes

Please double-check your address before submitting your order. Once an order is placed, we’re unable to guarantee changes or rerouting. If you realize there’s an error, contact us right away — we’ll do our best to help before your order ships.
